Mike has over 35 years’ experience in the foodservice industry. Responsible for the daily operation of the company, he guides the on-site implementation of NMS’ 12 Point Program, a proactive quality assurance program which delivers results to foodservice departments.

Stephanie promotes the benefits and key features of NMS to potential and new clients. Stephanie provides best practices information gathered from food service facilities, proving a valuable resource to clients, Regional Managers and Head Office staff.
Human Resources Manager
Grant is responsible for recruiting, training, payroll, and employee safety. Our clients benefit from his efforts to keep staff turnover low and employee satisfaction high.
Michelle coordinates Registered Dietitian visits for patients within the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN). Michelle provides an invaluable support service for the NMS Registered Dietitians who provide home care services. She is integral in monitoring and reporting on quality assurance and statistical data for this health care division.
District Manager - Education
Working in conjunction with Head Office, Meg provides guidance to cafeteria staff regarding company standards and policies and procedures. She ensures NMS’ Fuel for Success program is carried out effectively at each school location. Meg provides a hands-on approach to production and has a wealth of knowledge in the foodservice industry, including catering, customer service and marketing.
Elaine leads our accounting department, processing all supplier invoices, billing, and accounts receivable. Elaine compiles the necessary reports relevant to the successful operation of NMS.
Sayuri is a Registered Dietitian for our corporate office as well as for a number of our Long Term Care facilities. Her ability to link nutritional science knowledge with food service production requirements is invaluable.
Brittany provides client support in the Business & Industry, Education, and Healthcare Sectors. In addition to being a qualified Food Service Supervisor, Brittany brings with her the enthusiasm and energy needed to assist NMS with day to day operations.
Mallory provides client support for recipes, marketing material, in-services, nutrient analysis, and software upgrades. Mallory oversees data entry for NMS’ MenuModules© and Nutribase© software, ensuring all menu tools are accurate. She is the first friendly voice you hear when you call our Head Office.
